The Pillar API answers one question: what does zoning say about the parcel at this point?
Send a latitude and longitude to GET /v1/zoning/lookup. The response names the zoning district Pillar mapped for that parcel, whether common uses are allowed, the key development standards with quotes from the code, Pillar’s current-use estimate, the official sources and the data version that produced the answer.
Answers are likely, not verified. Confirm anything you rely on with the jurisdiction.
