Coverage grows jurisdiction by jurisdiction. Each one is checked against the official map and code before it’s published.

multiple_districts | The parcel is split or stacked across districts; all candidates are returned. Billable. |
not_matched | The jurisdiction is covered but Pillar couldn’t map this parcel’s zoning yet. |
not_covered | Pillar doesn’t cover this place yet. |
no_parcel | No parcel contains the point. The API doesn’t snap to a nearby parcel. |
With a key, GET /v1/coverage/jurisdictions returns the current list and GET /v1/coverage/jurisdictions/:id one jurisdiction. Neither counts toward your quota.
